I had a back, neck, and shoulder massage with Kay and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Kay is so calming and really listened to my concerns. I could feel the tension easing throughout the treatment and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’ll certainly be back!

I’ve had two reflexology sessions with Kay so far and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more. She is very knowledgeable and has a clear depth of understanding about how the body works, she really takes the time to listen to you. Kay is so calming, kind and welcoming. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease straight away, and the whole experience is deeply relaxing. You can really feel how passionate she is about helping people, she really cares and loves what she does. I came away from both sessions feeling much more balanced and my sleep has improved which I wasn’t expecting! I’d highly recommend Kay to anyone who is thinking about trying reflexology.

Wow what an experience! Kay is truly amazing. I came in for my first ever pregnancy massage for 90 minutes at 28 weeks pregnant. From the minute I walked in Kay was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the very start and throughout. The consultation at the start showed that she cared about my experience and what I wanted out of it and the places I was struggling with the most. During and throughout my massage she made sure I was relaxed and in a comfortable position, the massage itself was the best I’ve had. Booked a head massage and reflexology with Kay and it was heaven. Woke up with pain in upper back and neck and Kay did a wonderful massage and cupping which I had never had before. Cupping doesn’t hurt it feels like the muscles are being pulled back into place, this mixed with massage worked so much better than a normal massage. I arrived not being able to turn my neck to the side and left with being able to move and next morning I was pain free and back to normal. Kay uses Neals Yard products which she mixes specifically for you into a moisturiser and gives you a small Pot to take away so you can use the oils at home – never had that anywhere else and the smell is fabulous. I also had a second appointment for reflexology. I would recommend everyone tries this treatment, it doesn’t hurt, is relaxing and lifts your mood. It’s like having the body unblocked. I left with a feeling of walking on air, it’s the weirdest but most wonderful feeling and that night had the best deep sleep. I would recommend you try a treatment with Kay and see the difference.

I left feeling completely relaxed and after a short nap when I got home, I felt so refreshed.
